Sour Strawberries: Part 8

The blond haired boy screamed again, while he tried to hit her with his sword. She could avoid his moves easily, but still she was being grasped by the sharp metal silver coloured weapon. Her pink dress was torn by the sword of the Blue Knight, and she panted while still jumping away from her opponent. ‘Aoyama-kun! Stop it!’ she began on a begging tone. ‘Why should I? You broke my heart to go with a pacific low, stupid creature like that.’ The boy hissed. Ichigo couldn’ t believe her fluffy cat ears. But she needed to continue talking to him, so Kish would get a chance to run away far enough so Aoyama-kun wouldn’ t find him. ‘You were the one who first broke my heart, and the reason you gave me was ridiculous. But things can’ t be changed, it happened.’ ‘Do you think it is that simple?’ he yelled, surprising Ichigo with that. On the moment she was out of concentration, he stabbed his sword in her arm and she screamed while tears burned in her pink eyes, but she wasn’ t going to give up after just one hit. ‘I know I did many wrong and stupid things, but that still isn’ t a reason to flip. I’ m okay with it if you want to kill me, because you have the right for that. But I want you to leave Kisshu out of this, he didn’ t do anything!’ The Blue Knight grinned, stabbing his sword again in her deep scar. ‘Oh, you think so?’ he asked, with a pleasant smirk on his devilish face. ‘That psycho there on the ground took you away from me, so now I’ m going to let him suffer. I have two options. I can kill him right now when I hit him on a weak spot, or I break you in front of his eyes.’ With his aliens ears, Kisshu could follow their conversation and he got extremely angry when he heard the last option. ‘You stay away from, Ichigo! You hear me!’ he screamed, while he tried to get up. Ichigo was shocked when she saw how Kisshu was soaked in his own blood from the wound in his back.

When Kisshu crawled into their direction, Aoyama-kun put his feet on the pale arm from the alien so the green haired boy wasn’ t able to move anymore. The Blue Knight took his sword, and let it rest on the spot were Kisshu’ s heart should be. Ichigo gasped, looking with big frightened eyes at the two boys in front of her. ‘I think you want that I choose for the first option,’ Aoyama-kun said grinning to the pink Mew. She tried to say something, but her throat was to dry to speak. Then, it felt like something inside her snapped. She slapped the sword out of Aoyama-kun’ s hand, and the weapon flew away over the edge and felt from the roof to the ground. The blue eyed blond astonished turned his head to her, but then got a clap in his face. His foot came of Kisshu’ s arm, and the other alien was able to freely move again. Ichigo putted all her anger in the claps and the kicks she gave to the Blue Knight. ‘Strawberry Bell!’ she said. After she called out the two words, her heart shaped bell weapon appeared in her hand. She put the pink bell on Aoyama-kun’ s chest, and sparkles came of it. The boy yelled loudly when his skin got burned by Ichigo’ s weapon, and he fell on his knees. The press on his body disappeared, and he was glad that it was over. But when he raised his head, he saw how Ichigo jumped up in the air while a bunch of rainbow colours circled around her body. She was ready to attack him, so she never needed to see this impostor again. ‘Ribbon Strawberry...’ she screamed, the rainbow rays all coming together in her weapon. ‘Matte!’ the Blue Knight begged, and Ichigo looked down to the pitiful creature a few metres under her. ‘Please... Don’ t kill me.’ Aoyama-kun prayed, while changing into his normal human form again. ‘I swear I’ ll never show my face again, and let you live a happy life. But the only thing I want is that you spare my life, or else you will always regret it that you killed someone. So please. Let me stay alive!’ Ichigo got compassion with him, and let her Strawberry Bell disappear.

Her feet slowly touched the ground again, and she looked into the hazel brown eyes from the boy she stood face to face with. ‘I let you live, but I need you to promise me this. Don’ t you ever show yourself again in front of me, my friends, family or the other persons I love or you are really going to die then.’ The black haired boy nodded, then ran away from the girl he used to love and he still loved. ‘Ichigo,’ The pink Mew heard a weak voice behind her, and when she turned her head she saw that Kisshu stood there looking at here with an emotionless expression on his face. ‘Why didn’ t you finished him off?’ he asked, and a soft smile appeared on the red haired girl’ s face. ‘In some weird way, I really couldn’ t do it. I’ m not the kind of person to randomly kill a human, even if it is someone who did really bad things and hurt others. Everyone needs a second chance... Just like you.’ She walked into the direction from her new boyfriend, and hugged him. ‘I love you.’ she whispered, tears flowing down her cheeks when she said those three sweet words to him. ‘Koneko-chan,’ Kisshu answered, also smiling. Then, his body suddenly became slack and he fell through his knees on the ground. His head against Ichigo’ s chest, slowly slipping down. ‘Ichigo...’ he mumbled, before getting unconscious. A giant spot of blood made a piece of her pink dress red and she could barely catch the boy up. ‘Kisshu. Get a hold of yourself. Kisshu.’ she moaned, shaking his lifeless body through each other. ‘Kish!!!’
